Yam,
oil, water, salt, chilli powder, ghee

METHOD |
|
Cut yam into long rectangular
pieces and slice them using a chips slicer. Soak them in water
for 5 min and drain completely. Spread them on a large sheet of
paper and allow to dry for about 10 min.. Deep fry in oil. Add
salt, chili powder if required. Add a tsp of ghee so that the
salt mixes uniformly.
