Dal Maharani

INGREDIENTS

3/4 bowl of urd dal,1/4 bowl rajma,5 bowl water,1/2 bowl milk,salt, 2 tablespoon malai,1 teaspoon jeera,1 teaspoon red pepper,1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 2 green chilli,fresh green coriander,1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste, 2 chopped red onion,2 tomatoes,1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red pepper ,1/2 teaspoon kasori methi.

    
METHOD

Boil dal and rajma with waterand salt for 25 minutes .Boil 1 tablespoon ghee in the pan.Put paste of ginger,garlic and onion,tomata.Fry it with all the masale.Put malai and milk into it.Put this tarka in the boiled dal and cook for 2 minutes.Serve it with kasori methi sprinkled over the recipe.
