Green Gram Sundal

Moong dal - 1/4 kg, red chilies - 2, mustard - 1 tsp, asafetida - 1/4 tsp, oil 2 tsp, grated coconut - 10 tsp , salt - 1/4 tsp, curry leaves - 10
Cook green gramdal in water and drain. It should not be overcooked. It is better not to cook in pressure cooker. In a kadai add oil, put mustard, red chilies, asafetida. Add this and the coconut to sundal and mix well.
