1/2 cup besan,1cup yoghurt,salt,red
pepper,1/2 teaspoon dry dhania(coriander),1/2 teaspoon kasori
methi or dry mint, paste of ginger, garlic and onion,1/4 teaspoon
gram masala,1/2 teaspoon kashmiri redpepper,1 tablespoon edible
oil , 1/4 teaspoon hing and rai,1 tablespoon white butter(malai)

Mix besan , 1tablespoon yogurts, salt ,red
pepper, dhania, dry mint and paste of ginger, garlic and onion.
Make soft dough with water. Make long roll from the dough. Boil them and after that cut into small round
balls. Take 1
bowl yoghurt and add salt, red pepper, garam masala, dhania,dry
mint, kashmiri red pepper. Boil oil in pan. Add hing and rai to
it. blend the yogurts mixture and add to pan. Keep stirring the
recipe. Add the balls and malai to it and boil for 2 minutes.
