INGREDIENTS

2 cup boiled mixed vegetables(carrot,pea,french beans), 1/2 cup chopped capsicum and cabbage, 2 white onion , 2 tomato, 1 baby corn, 2 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste, salt, pepper, dry Dania, 1/2 teaspoon kasori methi, 1/2 teaspoon sahi jeera, 1 tablespoon edible oil.

    
METHOD

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan. Put shahi jeera into it. Put chopped onion into it. Put paste of ginger and garlic and cook it for some time. Put boiled mixed vegetables. Put chopped capsicum into it. Add salt, red pepper, dry Dania to it. Add chopped cabbage, baby corn and pieces of paneer to it. Put kasori methi and chopped tomato to it. cook for 5 minutes to soak whole of the water.
