6 white onion, 100gm paneer, 3 capsicum, 2 red onion,1 piece ginger, 7 to 8 pieces garlic, tomato, 2 tablespoon white butter(malai), kasori methi,1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red pepper, red pepper, salt, dry coriander(dania)
METHOD
Boil 1 tablespoon oil in the pan. Make paste of tomato, onion, garlic, ginger. Fry it with all the masale. Add white butter to it. Add chopped capsicum and onion. Cook until the vegetables completely become soft. Cook until the whole water and oil is not soaked. Put paneer pieces into it. Serve it with kasori methi sprinkled over the recipe.
