Malai Kofta

INGREDIENTS

2 boiled potatoes , 1 tablespoon maida, salt, red pepper, 1 teaspoon dhanai, 1/4 teaspoon chat masala, 2 teaspoon white butter, dry fruits(cashewnut), 2 red onion, 5 tomatoes, 5-6 pieces of garlic cloves, 1 small piece of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon edible oil, 1 small bowl water, paneer for garnishing.

    
METHOD

Heat edible oil in the pan. Put paste of tomato, onion, garlic and ginger. Put all the dry masale. Heat for a while. when the paste leaves the oil put some water into it. In a bowl mix boiled and mashed potatoes, maida, salt, red pepper, dhania and chat masala. Make a small round from the mixture and press it a little. Put white butter and dry fruits into it and make a roll. Put these rolls(koftas) in the grevy. garnish it with paneer.
