INGREDIENTS |

1 kg green mango, 1kg sugar, table salt,
cradamom, kesar, dry fruits, black salt, garam masala.

METHOD |
|
Peel off the green
mangoes. Crush the mangoes. Put 4 teaspoon table salt in the crushed
mangoes. Keep
for 2 hours as it is in the bowl. Put this in the silky cloth and
sieve it to drain the excess of the water. Put the crushed
mangoes in the jar. Put the sugar in the jar. Keep the jar in the
sunlight for 10 to 12 days. On 12th day put cardamom powder,
kesar and dry fruits in it. Put black salt, pepper corns powder,
salt and garam masala in the jar. Mix well all the
ingredients.
