2 cup mix vegetables (carrot, french beans, cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum), salt, white pepper, 2 tablespoon white butter, 2 cheese cubes, 2 tablespoon maida, 2 tablespoon sugar, 2 cup milk or 1 cup milk and 1 cup water.
METHOD
Boil all the vegetables except cabbage and capsicum for just 2 minutes. Drain the excess of water from the pan. Take another pan and put white butter into it and fry the boil vegetables for 3 minutes and then put the chopped cabbage and capsicum into it and fry for 2 minutes . Add salt , white pepper to it. Put the mixture into a baking dish. Take another pan and fry maida with white butter. Put the flame off. Put the masalas into it and milk to it. Switch on the flame and cook until it becomes slightly thick. Put this sauce over the mixture in the baking dish. Leave for half an hour. Crush the cheese over the recipe. Bake for 20 minutes before serving.
