1 kg mixture of chopped vegetables (carrot, lemon, greenchilli,
green mango,
lotuswood, turnip, kathal), 100 gm onion, 10 gm garlic, 30 gm
ginger, 20 gm red pepper, 40 gm rai powder, 10 gm turmeric
powder, 150 gm salt, 20 gm garam masala, 400 gm oil, 1and 1/2
teaspoon acetic acid.
METHOD
Put the chopped vegetables in the boiled
water for 2 minutes and take them out in the sieve pan. Make them
dry. Boil the oil in the pan and fry the paste of onion, garlic
and ginger. Add all the masale. Add the boiled vegetables in the
pan and cook for 2 minutes and let the pickle get cool. Pour the
pickle in the jar. Add acetic acid and boiled oil in the jar.
