Moong Moogar Dal

INGREDIENTS

1 bowl of moong moogar dal, 3 bowl water, 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon red pepper,1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 2 green chilli, fresh green coriander, 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste, 2 chopped red onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 /2 teaspoon kashmiri red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon kasori methi, salt, turmeric powder.

    
METHOD

Boil dal with water ,salt and turmeric powder for 25 minutes .Boil 1 tablespoon ghee in the pan. Put paste of ginger, garlic and onion, tomato. Fry it with all the masale. Put this tarka in the boiled dal and cook for 2 minutes. Serve it with kasori methi sprinkled over the recipe.
