Navratna Dal

INGREDIENTS

1 bowl of mix dals (chana dal, urad dal, moong ,arhar, masoor),5 bowl water, salt, yellow turmeric powder, pinch of hing, 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 2 green chilli, fresh green coriander, 1 teaspoon ginger paste.

    
METHOD

Boil mix dal with water, salt and turmeric powder. Boil 1 tablespoon oil in the pan. Make paste of ginger. Fry it with all the masale. Put this tarka in the boiled dal and cook for 2 minutes. Serve it with kasori methi sprinkled over the recipe.
