1/2 kg red chilli, 50 gm amchur, 25gm roasted sauf, 50gm rai, 25 gm dana
methi, 10 gm garam masala, 25 gm
coriander (dania),250 gm oil.
METHOD
Wash the
chilies and let them dry. Fry all
the masale without oil and churn them. The powder should not be
too fine. Make a cut through the chili and fill the chili with
salt and powder. Put these stuffed chilies in the boiled oil.
Put
more boiled oil into bottle after two days.
