Peel
and cut the orange into segments. De-seed the capsicum and cut
into thin long pieces. Dice the cucumber. |

a bowl mix all vegetables. |

Separately
mix lemon juice, sugar and salt along with chaat masala. |

Pour
over the vegetables and toss well. |

Serve
cold garnished with spring onions. |
