Cut
the melon and remove the seeds.With a sharp knife peel the melon
and cut into small cubes. |

Put
these pieces in a serving bowl. Scatter both the varieties of
grapes and cherries over it. |

Scatter
the grated lemon rind(1 tsp) over the fruits. |

Squeeze
the lemon on the fruits and toss well. |

Lastly
garnish with mint leaves over the fruits and serve chilled. |
