Moong Mushroom Salad

List of salads

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes (small, round) 3-4
Mushroom 1/2 cup
Cucumbers 1 medium
Sprouted moong 1/2 cup
Lettuce leaves/cabbage 2-3
Capsicum 1
For Dressing
Coriander chutney 2 Tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp
Salt To taste
    
METHOD
1. Boil the potatoes till tender and peel them. If the potatoes are large then cut them to bite size pieces. 
2. Slice mushrooms. Dice the cucumber.
3. Mix the mushroom, sprouted moong, cucumber, potato & finely chopped moong, lettuce leaves/cabbage. 
4. Arrange in a bowl. Mix the coriander chutney, tomato sauce and salt.
5. Serve cold.
