| METHOD |
| 1. |
Boil
the potatoes till tender and peel them. If the potatoes are
large then cut them to bite size pieces. |

Slice
mushrooms. Dice the cucumber. |
| 3. |
Mix
the mushroom, sprouted moong, cucumber, potato & finely
chopped moong, lettuce leaves/cabbage. |

Arrange
in a bowl. Mix the coriander chutney, tomato sauce and salt. |
| 5. |
Serve
cold. |
