Banana Guava Salad

INGREDIENTS
Banana 1
Guava 1
Apricots (Soaked overnight) 2-3
Grapes 3/4 cup
Dates (Soaked overnight) 3-4
Munacca (Soaked overnight) 1 Tbsp
For Dressing :  
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
Mint leaves A few
Chat masala To taste
    
METHOD
1. Slice the banana, dice guava and chop soaked munacca , dates and apricots finely.
2. Mix all the fresh and dry fruits in a bowl.
3. Separately mix lemon juice and masalas.
4. Pour over the fruits and toss well.
5.  Serve cold garnished with mint leaves.
