METHOD |
|
1. |
Wash
the vegetables thoroughly. |

2. |
Cut
long diagonal pieces of fresh beans and juliennes of carrot. |

3. |
Boil,
peel and dies the potatoes. |
|
4. |
Boil
corn till tender. |
|
5. |
Mix
beans, carrots potatoes and corn in a bowl. |

6. |
Separately
mix vinegar, mustard powder, salt and sugar and add to vegetable
bowl. |

7. |
Garnish
with cabbage/ lettuce leaves. |
