METHOD |
|
1. |
Cook
macaroni in salted in salad water, transfer to a large serving
bowl. |

2. |
Add
beans (cowpea), onions, onion stalk, tomatoes. |
|
3. |
To
prepare dressing combine all ingredients in a jar & shake
well. |
|
4. |
Pour
dressing over salad, toss thoroughly & add salt &
peeper. Cover & chill. |
|
5. |
For
serving toss again lightly & garnish with coriander leaves. |
