Beans Veg Salad

INGREDIENTS
Lobia sprouts 3/4 cup 
Radish 1
Capsicum 2
Onion  1
Tomato
Rajma 2 Tbsp (soaked overnight)
For Dressing :  
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Curd 1/2 cup
Sugar (optional) 1 tsp
Salt & peeper To taste
    
METHOD
1. Boil the soaked rajma till tender.
2. Cut radish & capsicum to thin strips.
3. Chop onion & tomatoes.
4. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
5.  Separately mix lemon juice, curd salt, sugar & peeper well.
6. Thoroughly toss it in salad.
7. Serve chilled.
