Peel
the orange, remove the pits, cut the segments. |

Cut
the banana & apple into small pieces. |

Mix
all the fruits in a serving bowl along with the juices. Keep it
to chill. |

Separately
tie the yoghurt in a clean muslin cloth. Let the whey water
drain completely. |
| 5. |
To
the thickened yoghurt add sugar and beat till you obtain a
smooth creamy paste. |

Add
this to the fruits and garnish with chopped grapes and cherries. |

Server
chilled. |
