Fruit Salad

List of salads

INGREDIENTS
Orange 1/2 
Banana 1/2
Apple 1/2
Cherries 1/2
Pineapple 1 slice
Grapes 2-3
For Dressing :  
Pineapple juice 2 tsp
Orange juice 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp or of 1 lemon
Yoghurt 2 Tbsp
Sugar 3 tsp
    
METHOD
1. Peel the orange, remove the pits, cut the segments.
2. Cut the banana & apple into small pieces.
3. Mix all the fruits in a serving bowl along with the juices. Keep it to chill.
4. Separately tie the yoghurt in a clean muslin cloth. Let the whey water drain completely. 
5.  To the thickened yoghurt add sugar and beat till you obtain a smooth creamy paste.
6. Add this to the fruits and garnish with chopped grapes and cherries.
7. Server chilled.
