INGREDIENTS

Cabbage 1/2 Cup
Bottle Gourd (lauki) 1Cup
Onions 2 Medium Size
Potato 2 Medium Size
Salt & black Pepper To taste
For Garnishing  
Onion, Carrot, Cabbage 1 tsp (Finely chopped)

METHOD

1. Cut all vegetables into big cubes. Add 7 cups of water and pressure cook it.
2. When cooked, strain and keep aside.
3. In a pan add all finely chopped vegetables and cook for at least 10 min.
4. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot.
