| METHOD |
| Stock: |

Liquidize
tomatoes, lemon juice, vinegar, onions and garlic. |

the liquidizer add half cucumber and further liquidize. |

Add
salt and chilli. |

Before
serving garnish with spring onion and remaining cucumber. |
