RAJMA (BOILED) 1/2 cup, Tomatoes 5 big, Onion 1 big (finely chopped), Garlic (crushed) , 2 cloves, Macroni /Noodles (boiled), 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp, Cinnamon 2, Cardamoms to taste.
Cut the tomatoes. In the pan saute the onions till golden brown. To this add onion, cinnamon and cardamom. Saute for a minute. Now add the tomatoes and cook for a minute. Add three and half cup of water and cook till onions soften. Put this mixture through liquidizer and blend it thoroughly. To this add boiled Rajma, noodles/macroni, red chilli powder, salt and pepper. Boil for 4-5 minute and serve hot.
