Ingredients

French beans 1 cup (diagonally cut), Potato 1 large, Baby Corn 4-5 small, Carrots 2 medium size, Lettuce/cabbage leaves A few (chopped).
For Dressing : Vinegar 1 Tbsp, Mustard powder 1 tsp, Salt To taste, Sugar To taste.

Procedure

Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Cut long diagonal pieces of fresh beans and juliennes of carrot. Boil, peel and dies the potatoes. Boil corn till tender. Mix beans, carrots potatoes and corn in a bowl. Separately mix vinegar, mustard powder, salt and sugar and add to vegetable bowl. Garnish with cabbage/ lettuce leaves.
