Baby potatoes peeled 1 packet Onion chopped 1 large Oil 3 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Cloves 4 Bay leaves 2 Peppercorns 8 Green cardamoms 4 Cinnamon 1 inch stick Tomato chopped 1 large Onion paste 1/4 cup Garam masala 1 teaspoon Salt to taste Yogurt whisked 2 cup


Step 1
Prick the potatoes and deep fry them till golden.
Step 2
Drain and remove on absorbent paper.Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste, cloves, bay leaf, peppercorns, cardamoms and cinnamon stick. Saute till brown.
Step 3
Add chopped tomato, onion paste and little water. Mix well and allow the mixture to boil.Add garam masala, salt and curd. Toss well add ½ cup water and fried potatoes.Cook on low heat till gravy thickens.
Step 4
Serve hot.
